I've tried a few things myself over the years — a shelter for stray dogs, selling detergent alongside homeless neighbors, a free art gallery. Each mattered, but each also had the limits of one person.
What I believe now: the best way forward isn't one person doing something huge — it's many people each doing their own small thing, together. DreamSpace grew out of that belief.
